  I always buy stuff from jedds, the best customer service. only once in many times i had an issue, but they resolved the problem in 24 hours. great company to buy from, for pigeon/bird supplies. Thank you!

  I've been ordering online from Jedds for years. I live in MD and products always come quickly. Staff are very nice (I've had to call a few times) and professional. Definitely would recommend to friends! Website needs to be altered for smartphones, freezes or doesn't load for checkout. Works fine on a laptop, though.

  I live in California, when my father needs something I just go into the store and purchase it for him then send it off to Las Vegas. He had trouble the other time he ordered something online and never got it. I called and explained the situation the staff was really nice the person helping me replaced the items at no cost! Great customer service.
