::They have all the silver you could need. Drawers and drawers of it. Knowledgeable employees and they even have watches and jewelry.

::Excellent repair service for fine antique sterling. I brought in antique heirloom Baltimore sterling knives that the catering service put in the dishwasher. They split open. I thought they were finished. Jean's artisans repaired them beautifully. They had intricate repouse work. Jean's matched every rose and petal. They are the best.

::Jean's is the best ! Knowledgeable staff, beautiful items at excellent prices. Many customers have been loyal for years. I have been shopping there for 10 and am always pleased with my gorgeous purchases. Take a look when you go in and ask, if you need something special.. They can usually get it ! Just the best !!

::This business ruined one of a pair of silver candlesticks my mother gave me. I've written 5 online reviews in my life. I only write reviews to warn people about complete negligence. I don't go out of my way to crap on someone's business because I was "unsatisfied". The candlestick I brought in had a slight wobble at the base - which I thought would be an easy fix. I don't know anything about silver restoration, but I was reassured the candlestick would be repaired, and I was happy about it and trusted them. The candlestick was ready for pick up 3 weeks later - and I am embarrassed at how horrendous it looks. Not only is the base dented and not able to be repaired, they repaired the "wobble" by sloppily applying globs of silver around the loose base. I of course explained my disappointment to the management, and they quickly refunded my money (the "repair" cost $100, the candlestick, worth thousands), even taking pictures of the candlestick because it looked so horrible. Obviously there is no supervision happening. While speaking to Rene, the man handling my account, about my disappointment, he laughed in my face, only adding insult to injury. The manager said if they aren't able to repair something, no one can. Bullshit. I just wish they would have told me that in the beginning. BEWARE. These people glibly ruined my family heirloom and did not blink. Thanks for the polish, Jean.
