  Great customer service and price! They didn't have the exact tail light that matched my existing tail light one so they traded the other one out and installed them both which isn't something they would normally do. Now I have two tail lights that match and my car looks great! Walked in with a broken tail light and walked out with two great tail lights for an excellent price. Very satisfied!

  Worst customer service I've had in a long time. Inquired about a part and asked three times over email to get more photos of the part. Even though the person said they would sent photos, they never did. 3 weeks later I called to see if I can get those photos, the rude employee said he would text me the pictures and never did anything. If I can't trust these people to keep their word on a simple request, how can you as a customer trust them with your business. Look elsewhere if you want any sort of good customer service.
