  Excellent service! I live in Maryland and drive to Texas a few times a year to visit family. My steering wheel had been occasionally shaky when I pushed on the brakes but right before it was time for me to make the 1300 mile trek home the shaking got substantially worse. I went to have my car checked out on Friday right before they closed. He told me the cost and I assumed I would have to wait several days before my car was fixed. He told me to come in when they opened in the morning. I was on the road with new rotors and brake pads by noon. Not only is this place cheaper than others nearby, its customer service is awesome.

  This place is only open till 5:00 M-F and doesn't do oil changes on Saturdays. I explained I had bought a Groupon and I can't get to his shop before 5:00 because I work in Irving. Didn't matter. Sometimes you have to work with folks to get new customers. All the mechanical reviews were good, but the customer service skills stunk!!

  These guys are refreshingly reliable and have given me excellent customer service both times I've needed them. Despite how busy they are, they've continues to exceed my expectations at each visit - giving me the best service and price available... with a smile... such a rare find!

  JD looked out for me, and they were all really nice! He got me in and out and saved me lots of money and trouble. I will definitely be coming back and I recommend this shop to anyone who needs car service!

  The people here are super nice! I often worry going to repair shops, since a lot of shops tend to take advantage of female customers and lie about repairs. They were super nice and honest with me and I feel I can trust them with future repairs to my car! :) the prices were also great for the brake work I had done.
