::The customer service I experienced today sucked in the worst way. Whoever the chick is that answers the phone needs to get a new job. She does not know how to talk to people. She is very rude and condescending. I am not even a customer; I was doing business on behalf of a friend. She left a bad taste in my mouth. She tried it! The best thing they got going over there is Cody. He is pure sunshine! Other than that....boooo! .....just found out her name was Yvette!

::Horrible customer service. I applied last Friday. The person I was dealing with was Sam, after we got done on the phone he told me he will call me that day to let me know the terms of my approval. I emailed him the next day. Nothing, then I emailed him again Saturday afternoon Nothing. So Monday comes along and I still haven't heard anything, I emailed him again Monday afternoon. Tuesday comes along and I still hear nothing.So the week passes I haven't heard from anyone about anything. So eventually Friday comes along and I finally hear from them. I have never known a car approval to take over a week to decide. So I get a email saying I wasn't approved. But I just went to Carmax among other places and I got approved within minutes. After reading reviews on how horrible the cars are here. I am glad I went with another car dealership . Also they need to get better sales people, it doesn't take a week to make a decision and it wasn't even based off my credit it was some bs about I don't make enough...like what I work two jobs and if I can get better approvals at better car dealerships then it's something wrong with this crappy place!

::Easy process and Sam and Cody both took care of me and my family in buying our next family car. Best service I have received from any JD Byrider. Sam kept in contact (and not in an annoying or harassing way) and walked me through my best options. They sat with me, explained all the numbers, and made sure I left a VERY happy customer. I am grateful as this was not the treatment at other locations. The location off of SW Military basically lets you know you are nothing but a number to them and will duck and dodge all your questions. I will NEVER go to the SW Military location again! Thanks Sam and Cody for making this an easy and pleasant experience !

::I will now be updating my review, the maintenance staff at this location is by far THE WORST!! Save your money & go somewhere else. If something is wrong with the vehicle the only thing they do is joke around all day, talk to each other & make a bunch of excuses as to why they couldn't get to your issue with your car. I have 3 vehicles from this location & I can't wait until the last one is paid off. They will never get another penny from me. I will not be taking this bad review down until they fix the maintenance staff. I am highly disappointed that a company whom I actually love is only getting this bad review because of the hassle it takes just to get a vehicle fixed. They say first come first served, but you can make an appointment. Even when you make the appointment you still get jerked around from here to there about why they haven't fixed it & get told to bring it on another day like people have time to waste. As if people don't work. They run all the gas out of your car, so bring it up there empty, if not they don't reimburse you for it. The maintenance is inconsiderate & lazy. I have already reported this to the BBB & I will see what's the next level I will take this to. My frustration is with the maintenance staff, however I rate the company overall based on the people that work there including maintenance, I am not happy that it took so long to fix my vehicle & they couldn't even put back the gas they ran out of my vehicle. Dropping a car off on full & getting it back empty "to see if it runs hot" is not a good answer for me. I only hope that a higher person emails me back so that I can let them know the hassle I went through to try to get my car even looked at. It took 4 times to take the vehicle up there just to get it fixed. 4 times of missing hours at work, 4 times of missing work whole days. The money that is needed to pay for the vehicle. Now if this was a payment issue they would non stop hassle you until you pay can't even be late, but when it comes to their error & professionalism you can't even get that. I'm very disappointed & I look forward to no longer doing business with JD Byrider, if this can't get resolved.
