  Totally unhelpful staff. Went to get a suit here just now and the guy would barely talk to us.

  Overpriced. Snarky customer service. Only 3 people in the store, but had to wait 15 minutes to get my order taken care of.

  Great selection, wonderful location, and helpful staff. J Crew consistently has incredible customer service and goes beyond their normal duties to serve. This store helped track down a missing article of clothing and the staff were always courteous and professional. I'll definitely be back.

  Nice shop with a whole range of men's items that another DC location near Chinatown skimps on. Generally speaking J crew is pricey but we'll worth the quality.
