  I went to this location to pick up an online order, woman behind the counter looked me in my face and didn't offer to help. Gentleman on the floor offered assistance, took my order # and someone else from the back brought me my items.

  Needs better sales associates! I recently received an online order that I had a "pick up at the store." I got the items home, and a few days later after looking realized they were the wrong sized shoes in the box marked with the write size. I contacted the store about the issue and how I needed to bring them back. I was on hold for almost 15 minutes, then a manager got on said I could bring them back. Once I arrived a the store that evening, I got the impression that I was to blame for the issue and the sales associate kept asking me questions about the order when I explained the issue when I first arrived. Just disappointed.

  It's just a cool spot for a few polished pieces to add to the wordrobe. But can be pricey and cut for stick figure Europeans.
