  Over crowed withproducts. Displays not kept neat and tidy. NOT THE JC PENNEY it once was. 10 lbs of stuff in a 5 pound bag. Help is pushed beyond natural limits to address mis marked items. Customer base can be rather rude. And. DEMANDING. Give staff credit for staying calm.

  Extremely hot in the store. I was sweating in the fitting rooms which are always filthy. I don't think I've ever seen them clean. Disappointed to see that they moved the girls junior section and it's now a baby section. Kind if confusing since it's been that way for a very long time. The dress selection was large but the racks we're very unorganized which made it hard to look through. After digging around for a few I gave up since it was so hot in the store and physically exhausting having to move around so much clothing just to see what's hanging.

  I can always find something in JCPenney. I got two pairs of summer shoes on sale for a total of 40 bucks! They have great sales and if you use a coupon, the deal is even better!
