  Love JCpenney. Went in looking for a dress for my son's graduation. Lucked out they were on sale. Got shoes to match also on sale. Plus an out fit for my husband including shoes. And a nice shirt and tie for my son. All on sale. I wish they would bring back Pennies to Scottsbluff, Ne.

  I frequently shop at this store. It's a pleasant place to shop. I always come out the store with more than I intended to buy.

  Easy pickup of catalog items ordered. Got some elegant, barely lavender stretchy jeans, normally $50, for under $10 on the sale rack! These will replace the more obnoxiously lavender, too small jeans that I will now return to old Navy. Great prices.

  Never do business here! I worked with Lorri Land in blinds. I don’t even live near this location but came back because I was impressed with her willingness to help. Everything was great until I ordered my blinds. I was waiting for my delivery for my blinds - didn’t receive it at the estimated delivery date. When I called- she couldn’t be bothered to answer my phone calls or emails - It’s been 2 months and come to find out - she hasn’t even processed my order! Disappointed that she even told my that she’s been “off for two days” and “busy with the holidays”. Never have I ever been so disgusted with a persons’ work ethic! Never do business at this location, especially with Lorri!
