  With their sales prices and coupon was able to save over 2/3 of the price I would of spent for my mother's day presents.

  Have shopped at this JCP for years! It is a good one! Always great a selection for every age, shape and size! The sales people know their merchendise and are very helpful!

  Since they revamped a few years ago they have gotten better in merchandise & price. Since this store is in a mall setting, parking is difficult. Clean, fresh looking.

  Completely horrible experience buying a mattress. Delivered me the wrong item twice. I had to pay interest on my card unbeknownst to me after I was told I had settled up my amount. Took me 2 hours of calling on the phone to reach anyone to speak to. Do not shop at this store.
