  I had a great experience. The manager Doyle helped me pick out a shirt to wear for my school's prom and he measured my neck and arms and helped me find a perfect purple tie. Later at the register Richard told me about a ten dollar discount on the JCP website. I definitely recommend this store for the costomer service. the price could be a little cheaper though ;)

  Here are NEW YEAR'S DAY. Way understaffed. Had to wait in a crazy long line because only one register open. But got a pair of 501 jeans at a good discount. Guess I'm paying for it with time.

  Worst mistake ever by buying at this retarded store!! Don't waste your time. You are better off buying somewhere else. They lack of professionalism and customer care. They tell you your online order is ready and when you go pick it up you wait in line for hours then they tell you the order isn't ready. They make you take several trips and waste your time. DONT BUY FROM THIS STUPID STORE!!!!

  Excellent low prices. Just got 2 tank tops for $ 1.08. Only spent $7.64 on 2 tanks for woman, 1 shirt for men, and 2 pairs of underwear for woman. That's great deals if you ask me. I shop here often.

  Good deals, plenty of parking, and staff is helpful. Recently, I made an online purchase. I was sent a notification that my order was ready. Upon arrival, I was directed to pick up my order in the "Home" department. I located the register and saw the huge sign that read online pickup or something similar. I saw a long line, I stood in it until it was my turn. While in line, I realized that everyone ahead of me was just making purchases rather than picking up an online order. I asked the cashier if this was the online pickup register, she confirmed but added that it was also a regular check out line. I suggested that she mention to her management to consider having a separate line for online pick ups only, especially with the holidays around the corner. I could've gotten my towels and paid, instead of online ordering. So I really don't see the point of online ordering, since I still had to stand in the regular purchase line. Other department stores, actually all of the ones I shop at, have a separate line for online orders. It really makes more sense, especially since most online orders are paid for already, they just need to see an ID and the card. All in all, it was worth standing in that line for those 8 bath towels that costed less than $20 total. Good deals are worth it but the process can be improved.
