::Beware of Gale that works at the cash register she is extremely rude and nasty. I'm not sure if it's old age or what. I have noticed she's only negative toward her own people (black people) and adults under 35. She should be happy with her minimum wage job and keep it cute and pushing. She hasn't been nasty to me but every time I go in there she's very rude to others. Oh and stay safe the last time I was in there it was a full fledged brawl between the employees there and people hollering on the phone telling their brother to come up there and shoot somebody. I was trampled over trying to get away.

::This is my local Jc Penney it is clean and bright. some of the departments can get a little messy such as the purse department I was trying to look for the ones that were on the sale however it was so messy I couldn't tell which were on the sale and which weren't. Most of the store is well kept the employees are very helpful and cheerful.

::JCPenney- a best place to shop and save! They have a great discounts and additional deals! They had coupon giveaways for extra 30%. Clearance had extra 40%. Home needs had some whooping sales!

::My husband selected a suit that he liked, but they did not have the size of the pants so an employee checked the label with his machine and told us that when paying with the reference of the blazer, they could order it in another store. He asked my husband to try the same pants in another color, so we would know the exact size. Then we went to pay and the cashier asked us for the name and other details of the pants, so I ran back to the site and brought a pair for reference ... when I returned to the cashier, the same employee who initially told us they had it in another store and that we could ask for when paying, says "I'm sorry but we do not have it anywhere". At the end the cashier made mistakes when registering the products, which he had to do it twice ... We found it very messy and employees should have better knowledge of their inventories, so they can give the right information to customers ...
