  There is a lot of choices to choose from. But the majority of those choices will most likely be something you like. And they most likely won't have your size.

  They have a great selection of kids clothes and awesome deals, but it's very messy and unorganized. Hard to find anything, you really have to take time looking through the messy piles. Also riding over clothes on the floor with stroller, aisles need to be wider for parents with strollers as well.

  JCPenney has good prices but this store is a mess. If you like shopping at JCPenney, do so online or at other stores. Just avoid the chistown location.

  Everytime I go here this place is messy and long lines. The clothes are thrown everywhere and it seems like not enough staff to pick it up. The customer service is lacking and some employees seem like they don't know what there doing. They also have a tweaker/bum problem outside Everytime someone is asking for money and the store seems to do nothing about it.

  Due to the high population in the area, this JCPenney in particular should have plenty personnel working, specially during the holidays!!! It took me almost 30 min waiting in line ready to pay!! Also, the store was trashed. Boot boxes were empty, toys all over the floor. I found one boot in the girls section and the other boot in the adult section! Unbelievable! What I did like though, was all the sales going on! Please hire more people!!
