::Finally found a salon where I am treated with respect for starters, and Jessica really listened to what a wanted and gave me a great haircut! I will definitely be coming back, and bringing my daughters to her as well! Good price for a good haircut, and it was a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend it.

::Just left mad. The staff was rude and not helpful. Wanted to pay for my stuff to leave and there was 3 employees “working” at a check out station, stood there for a few minutes with there backs to me not acknowledging me, spoke up to get their attention for them to just tell me to go around the corner to pay at customer service, went to customer service and there was no one there. Extremely annoyed I put everything back. Worst customer service!!!!

::Lately Every time we go into the Town Center at Aurora location it is a mess, you can never find someone to help you and that includes checking out! We stood in line to do a return/exchange for 10 minutes with 1 person in front of us and the only cashier left. She came back 5 minutes later and finally helped the next person. After another 20 minute wait it was FINALLY our turn to check out. She asked how everything was and what we needed, I told her that we were just doing the return, I no longer wanted the other item I was going to exchange. My mother called in to speak to a manger who's only response to why we waited so long is that they were not allowed more staff for the day.

::Went in for some simple sizing. Parker in the Mens department was fantastic. Did some quick sizing and gave me a few options to quickly try out. Had everything sized and knew the fit and everything within 5 minutes. Very professional and great customer service, keep up the great work Parker.

::Looks like it could be the home of a five finger discount business. Big shortage of checkout stations and very few customer service folks on the floor. 1 checkout station open on main level. Had to walk from one end of store with what I wanted to purchase to the other end to pay. Argh!
