  waste of my time. i went on their website and looked for something my kids wanted. it. told me a million times it was there and it was a big scam. the people there didnt even know what a funko was. you guys should update your website.

  The big problem is not enough employees to service customers. We were in a line at the customer service/ pick up/cashier desk with about 8 other customers. There was only 1 associate working a desk that was equipped for 2 or more. People kept lining up behind us and then leaving because of the wait. Jennifer was the lone associate running this desk and was as calm and courteous as she could be (at around 2:45 pm on Friday 1/5/18). When it was finally our turn, we asked why there was no one helping her and she replied that she radioed 3 times for help but no one showed up. Jennifer should be given a raise or bonus for the exemplary way she handled all those customers with a smile, and not once was she upset or flustered because customers were piling up in her line. If you had more employees like her, you wouldn't be getting only 1 star from me.

  They have the best sales! Always clean and the staff are friendly. One of my favorite places to shop.

  I was given a $26 gift card to go shopping at this store I figured I can get a nice pair of shoes maybe two dozen socks so I figured I would go there to my surprise the prices were extremely high I could not believe it the fake card heart shirts for close to $90 and 40% off which took it down to about $60 I could go to Big 5 Sporting Goods and by the exact same shirt for $60 and on sale at this time for $45 the socks were $23 for for measly pairs and the funny thing is that the pop the pack came in 6 and the JCPenney ad says you get one free when we clearly know that the manufacturer gives them 6 pairs in a pack after an hour in the men's department I finally came to the conclusion that I did not want the card anymore and I was about to throw it away then I felt bad and said no I should just give it to somebody that's homeless which made me feel worst what is a homeless person going to need a jacket a pair of pants none of those were affordable with this card any way to end my story I did fine a shirt hidden that was $90 and it was half off plus a discount which came out to $25 which was the total amount of the card so if you have money to spend go ahead and go there other than that I would prefer to go to Big 5 Sporting Goods and get the same at actually half the cost and it's not even on sale the mark-up there JCPenney was insane
