  Great prices and service. They tend to overstock shelves and racks so they could ease a bit on that to keep a neat display

  Decent place for cheap clothes. I don't usually buy cheap clothes, but I like the graphic tees they sometimes have. Good selection of star wars tees. Thought the jeans were a little overpriced, but they have frequent sales. The slacks are ok if you're on a budget.

  Shop at the queens center mall. It's a whole lot bigger,better,and helpful. The staff jc penny there are wonderful!!!! Besides the lines are extremely long at the 34th Street branch.

  JC Penny is my go to place for dresses. Every time I go I find one. Granted I do take a long time searching and searching. But I always find a dress

  $15 skinny jeans! I had to get them. Great finds are here but there's also some out of my price range that I felt like I had to have.. Awesome staff. I recommend it.
