  If I could give a zero I would 1) They delivered a wrong vanity to me, KNOWING it was wrong. When I questioned it, their response was, "Well yours was out of stock" 2) They delivered a counter top to me that was chipped; I wouldn't even let them take it off the truck 3) They "forgot" to deliver the sinks for my counter top 4) When they finally brought me sinks a week later they were the wrong size. When I questioned it, their response was, "It's the only size we have". I asked to speak to a manager, sent him a photo, and he said, "That's the wrong size sink!" Another week went by before correct sinks were delivered. Then they still had the wrong hardware to attach them to the counter top, so my contractor had to buy correct pieces. 5) They tried to deliver the correct style vanity to me weeks later. EXCEPT with the wrong doors! I wasn't home so they took a picture of it for me and said they could always change out the doors. REALLY?!?!? Then why didn't you change it out before you tried to get me to accept something wrong...AGAIN!?!? 6) When I spoke with a manager and told him how displeased I am, and that I would like compensation for having to continually accommodate their errors, his response was, "Well you have your entire order!" He then told me he would call me the next day and let me know how they would compensate me. That was two weeks ago, and you guessed it...he's never called. And when I try to call they won't answer; I suppose because of caller ID. WHAT. A. MESS OF A COMPANY.

  Horrible customer service. The owner Grace is extremely rude. Very poor quality cabinets that fall apart easily and they do not take any returns even though they say they do! BEWARE!
