  Excellent customer service. Carlos put my grandsons name on his newborn hat that will be used to take him home from the hospital. He was personable and took care to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this company.

  I was looking to have a built bear jacket embroidered. I approached a few stores within my vicinity. Unfortunately, they all said it couldn’t be done. I was refer to Carlos by a printing company and when we set up an appointment, he knew exactly what I was looking for. The work and detail put on the jacket was tough with little room and a small margine for errors. I amazed how the work was done and he explained what he had to do. When everyone said, “No!” Carlos made it possible. I look forward to work with him in the future with other projects.
