::considering this location is on the military installation to serve military personnel, the operating hours are absolutely ridiculous. they open at 0900 and close by 1600. a very large portion of military personnel work hours similar to 0730-1630... additionally, if you think you'll swing over on your lunch hour think again -- they close for a lunch break from 1230-1400. to top it all off, occasionally the location will just be randomly closed due to lack of available workers.
