  This is a great Jason's Deli. It is in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. The food is always good. The atmosphere, whether inside or outside, is perfect.

  I ordered a Rueben the Great sandwich with potato chips and added a sunny side up egg to the sandwich. It truly was one of the best deli sandwich I've had in Atlanta! Though I rarely order sandwiches when dining out but will definitely do so again at Jason's Deli.

  There's other reviews for poor customer service. This seems to have been fixed, very well, at least for me. One of the few places in Midtown that has a wide range of options for many diets!

  I love this particular Jason's Deli!!! Service is great! Wait time is minimal. I usually go around 5-6pm on the weekdays so I miss the lunch rush. The managers Christian and Mo are helpful and welcoming. Their delivery driver Caretta is amazing and hilarious. She keeps customers feeling like their at home. I swear she can strike up a conversation with anyone! I can tell that they have a strong work environment. It's like a little family there.

  I've had a previous bad experience here but I decided to give them another chance. Bad idea! The last few times I've came in the dine-in line is closed and I have to fight to order with people that are doing take-out and then weave through the people behind me to go to my table or the salad bar. I generally get the salad bar and that's what I got yesterday. After finishing my first plate (it is all-you-can-eat) I returned my plate to the counter to receive another one. After being ignored for 3 minutes by a lady cleaning something behind the counter, I said excuse me. She looked at me like I was crazy and angrily motioned someone else that was cleaning the salad bar to come help me. And dang if he didn't continue to clean and seemed irritated before heading my way. That was it for me, I left without getting another plate and returned to my table where I had a dining companion. Very insulting! Bad customer service! Cleaning is secondary unless it's an emergency when you have customers. My companion suggested I tell the manager and I walked over to where he was at the front cash register. He was talking to someone who was obviously not a customer about restaurant business and ignored me for 2 or 3 minutes and I walked away and told my partner we are done here. Suddenly the manager is interested now and comes running over and I said no thank you, I won't be coming back. Good Riddance to this type of customer service!
