  The low score has only to do with the sales, administrative, follow up, returning phone calls, ability to read a lead test accurately ( unnecessary drama) I started this in March and there are still people in this company that don’t know what’s going on or haven’t been told what to do. After a call this morning, I apparently will have a crew here today. They cashed the down payment last week and wanted to push me further out to start. So Jason Phillips, you may want to have a company meeting and please don’t leave anyone out...not even the least of your employees. 4/30/18
