::Went in to purchase an item. Was told to wait for about an hour - wasn’t offered water, a place to sit, or even to clean my current jewelry I was wearing. This is what I expect from a high class jeweler. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNKY PLACE.

::Helpful staff and kind. Attention to detail and complimentary coffee in waiting area. My watch was taken in for repair and it was returned cleaned and minus 3 links. When I questioned about how they knew the watch was loose without me being there. The fit was perfect---it was then I requested the business card of the jeweler. Details are minute droplets of gold and nothing is hidden, Carlos noticed. Thanks to Jared for the repair. A new (spare) watch was purchased at that time. Carlos is a certified Diamondologist and Gemologist.
