  The worst customer experience ever. I go out of my way NOT to buy one of their products.

  I bought a crockpot from one of this corporation's companies. The liner cracked all over the place after the second time that I used it. I called the company and they would not refund me because the product had been purchased a while ago, even though I had only recently begun using it. The poor quality of the product I bought was astonishing. I will be avoiding buying things from that company from now on.
