  I had a horrible experience with their car leasing service years ago. I had an accident with other party's 100% fault. Then they asked me to get money from insurance and pay to them instead of repairing. Yes, they asked me to keep riding on that car with broken door. Of course I rejected, otherwise if one another evil car hit that door again, then one of my family would die. After while, I asked them an estimate to sell my 2nd car. After I got it, I said no as I had better offer from other. Then they suddenly got angry and said "you should accept my offer because you had a car accident with our car before". By the way they spoke Japanese, and this post is my translation from Japanese to English. My English might be poor, but note that my mother's tongue is Japanese and I completely understand what they said. 以前中古車リースを利用しました。非常に高額でしたが、クレジットヒストリがないと通常リースはできないので、そこは仕方がないところです。 しかし、事故時に保険金を修理に使わず現金でよこせ（壊れたまま乗りつづけろ）と要求されたり、別件で見積りを依頼した中古車買い取りを断ろうとすると、突然怒りだし「以前うちの車で事故っただろ」と凄まれ、非常に恐ろしい思いをしました。

  This is my second time ever buying a car from a small dealership but i really did not expect this sort of treatment. This place is like the Four Seasons of small dealerships very clean office, VERY clean cars, clean bathroom (Yes bathrooms matter when buying a car) very professional staff and a family oriented business. I don't usually do reviews but the service was that good.

  2015年6月、留学に際してここで車を買いました。実は二駆の車だったのに、四駆と説明を受けて買わされていました。後になって、二駆であることが判明し四駆と二駆の価格の差等の補償を求めましたが、このディーラーは応じませんでした。また、車の下取りの見積もり依頼を出したことがありますが、日本車メーカーの正規ディーラーの見積もりの方がここの下取り価格より2割以上高く、個人売買の方が4割高い価格でした。
