  My first visit to Janovic 3rd avenue location, I was greeted by a sales woman Marnie, who has the patience of Saint. There were so many shades to choose from It was overwhelming, and she narrowed it down to a basic combination of colors that worked out well. Many compliments are given when friends and family come to visit my home, on the color scheme that was selected. What I liked most is the variety of window shades offered. I will return Marnie to get more tips for decorating my kitchen you really have a gift of coordinating colors Thank you!

  Came in to Janovic for the first time and not sure of which color of paint to use. Marnie was extremely helpful, she gave me great ideas for remodeling my living room. Thanks, I will definitely return!

  I'm indifferent about this location. I used to purchase from the Janovic on 7th Ave, but after they had a mishap and had to close the store I went to this third Avenue store. I asked if they could match the same price as 7th Avenue, which was a $4 difference and the Indian man and black woman behind the counter made it seem like it was a big deal and they're not able to match the price because they could lose their jobs. The total was 48 with tax and the women said, you want me to pay the $8 for you. She was condescending and made me out to be a cheapskate. I didn't care about the money, it's the principal that I got one piece and expect the same price and service no matter which of their stores I'm in. Customer service could definitely be better, and they work like snails. Can't wait for the 7th ave store to reopen. Everyone there is friendly and doubt talk down to you.

  I strolled in here on a whim when looking for blinds for a new apartment we were renovating - always worth getting info and opinions when shopping around. However it turned into a one stop shop as Hunter Douglas salesperson, Kathleen, proved to be immensely helpful and personable. I shared with her the traumatic renovation experience so far and she told me she would make it her mission to ensure that the blind buying and installing process would go smoothly...and it did! She set up an appointment for measuring with their installation expert Jesus (so I guess it had to go smoothy, right? lol) and he arrived promptly and helped us in the decision making process with what type of blinds to go for. We then headed down to Kathleen who assisted us with final style selection - who incidentally insisted we take samples to the apt just to make sure we were happy with how they looked. On installation day everything went totally SMOOTHLY. Jesus arrived on time and had the blinds up extremely speedily - and that included the remote controlled ones for the five window pane main window, We have now had the blinds for over a month and could not be happier. I highly recommend you to shop here should you be in need of window blinds. You will not regret it!

  For the past 2 months I've taken on a small interior decorating project to spruce up my apartment. And I'm proud to say that my dad 👨‍👩‍👧 taught me well when it comes to being handy 🛠 around the house. But I don't think I could have done it right without Janovic. The saleslady Marnie helped me decide on a spectacular color scheme that I wouldn't have ever thought about. So now my dull little 1 bedroom apartment has a sophisticated "swag" to it. At least that's what my cousin Ashley says. Now my cousin wants me to do her living room, and that is so not happening 😑 👎🏻. So kudos 👍🏻 to Janovic for saving me time ⌚ and money 💳 And I ❤ U Daddy.
