  Embarrassingly bad customer service. I had a problem with an item and customer service told me I could return it in store. When I got to the store, I was treated as if I was trying to scam them and after telling them the about the customer service call the excuse was that they can't do that without the manager. The person then made me reach over the counter to retrieve the item and receipt instead of just handing it back to me.
