  Not sure if they still do this but I used to pass by here a lot and all I ever heard was "we got that loud", "Lucies", Mollies", etc. I've even witnessed people buy drugs here. Like legit, these guys would be there all day long selling drugs in front of the MTA entrance. Did the NYPD ever do anything? Nope, they always turn a blind eye.
