  Staff is nice but the eye doctor seems to be in a bad mood. He's NOT customer friendly, doesn't explain anything and is rude. First and last time here.

  If I could help it I would not have given this place any star. These bunch of rats tried to play us, they made us go for my parent's glasses back and forth and when it was finally made, it wasn't what was prescribed by the doctor. My dad could not see anything properly. We tried to talk sense to them but they said straight away that our insurance would not cover his requirements so they made the glasses without the requirements! How stupid! How can he see ANYTHING if his vision requirements are not met! We complained but they already "claimed"the glasses and would not retract it, so we had to contact Davis Vision to help us. Finally we won, long story but apparently fabulous optical did not even bother to ask our insurance if they can cover the expenses. Anyway my dad's glasses we got elsewhere, with same prescription, same insurance and he see everything perfectly but these rats claimed glasses in behalf of my mother(we did not pick up her glasses at all). It took us waited four months for this matter to solve. When it did, it resolved in out favor. Bunch of low life bastards who run business without ethics.
