::I wish i can give them 0 stars. THE WORKERS ARE SO RUDE AND MEAN. They talk about the customers behind their back and makes fun of them if they aren’t able to speak fluent english. All of them need to be fired ASAP. I have never seen such bad customer service ever.

::TERRIBLE! I had a reservation and like most reservations I would wait a few minutes then be called. Not today! Nope. I had to wait on EVERY LINE! I asked them why do I have to wait, I have a reservation and they said, well because you need to get your picture taken. Then I asked why do I have to stand on they other lines.... nothing but excuses. I came prepared, had all my documents and my reservation email. Still, I had to wait on every line! These people need to get it together. The point of making a reservation is to wait minimal time which is also advertised on the DMV website by the way....... terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. The lady even told me, wow I love when you guys come prepared. I said “yea, makes everything easier and also the point of reservations are to make things easier but nope. You guys want us to make things easier for you but you make things harder for us”..... she stayed quiet. Usually the reservation line moves quick but today was a whole team of dumb that was working 😒😒..... well except for one lady taking pictures of all 3 she was the fastest.... but dang the line was super long and I had to wait about 40 minutes to get my picture then 40 minutes here...... and 40 minutes there..... then before you know it I’ve spent half my day there..... 🙏🙏 please @dmv @dmvteam get it together!!!!!!! Learn about how reservations work!!!!!!!!!!!!

A smile, at least learn how to treat people with respect Rolling eyes and answering to the customers who are asking for help in a rude manner its so The card came to me today and the address in it is wrong. I asked the black women who did my application by the test corner to change my address. She said she corrected it but guess what she lied. I have to go back again and reapply for a new card and pay money.do you think it's normal? VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

::GET A RESERVATION ONLINE BEFOREHAND AND HAVE ALL YOUR PAPERWORK COMPLETE BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. I was in and out within 20 minutes for a car registration and the people were pleasant to deal with. The cab ride to the location actually took longer than the actual DMV stuff.
