  I have 3 months calling with no extraction asking for a appointment every time I call they say they have no appointments. Some people that answer are nice but others seem to the point that they are done with their job! I need to get a appointment as soon as possible most importanly because what I need the docummnets are fro college. DOSE ANYONE KNOW IF I GO WITH NO APPOINTMENT EARLY EARLY THEY WILL ATTEND ME ? IN NEED OF HELP!

  Book your appointment the last of the day (there are tons of walk-ins in the morning)!!! DO NOT go on Mondays because it's crowded! I was going to give them 3 stars but the staff was very accommodating after I realized I made the above mistakes: going on a 9:15 AM appt on a Monday. They let me return at 1:15pm and it was less crowded at that time. It still took almost an hour but it was due to lack of organization. They had to re-enter your information; re-verify your identity, long waits, etc. It's very bureaucratic.

  I had excellent service here. Everybody was helpful and polite. A tip for readers, don't come on Monday or Friday. I was told it gets very busy.

  They only have one person in the front to attend everyone that comes in. He is super slow! Also the security officers are super disrespectful! Trying to heard you like cows!

  I had one of the best services here in the consulate general of Mexico, staff was fast courteous and very friendly... the service was very fast and the facilities are clean and very modern. I renewed my passport and got it the same day with the very friendly ladies that helped me and guide me through the process. Good job!
