Everything is fine. I just don't feel like it lives up to the Jose Andres hype. I've had tapas elsewhere that's just as good for half the price. I'm more than willing to pay for a nice meal out when the quality warrants it. I just don't think Jaleo has done so either time I've been.

Awesome experience!!! Small plates each carefully crafted pieces of food art. A cool experience in a group. Lovely decor, tasty food. Definitely going back.

Fantastic experience the 3-4 times we have been here. Every dish is great and with the tapas format you get to try a lot of dishes. The servers were great about recommending dishes. The paella is amazing, though they have varied options depending on the day. It is a bit pricey, though I would certainly say the food is high end. As an aside, I purchased a gift certificate here and subsequently lost it. The were very generous in working with me to replace it in a way that was really above and beyond my expectations.

Came here on a Monday holiday afternoon for a lunch (walk in). Efficient, friendly, attentive service. For this lunch service there were many families, able to accommodate stroller at table for infant and high chair for my toddler. Note no specific children’s menu but waiter was able to point out child friendly/popular dishes such as the chicken croquette (3.5/5 ⭐️). The adults also tried the seafood paella (4/5 ⭐️) which was a filling portion and solid in flavor. Really enjoyed the eggplant (5/5 ⭐️)! Would recommend.

I made a reservation several days ago for my partner and I to celebrate our 8th anniversary and enjoy restaurant week. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of time and got a great greeting. We were asked to wait at the bar for our table to be ready. At 8, we were asked if we might want to stay at the bar since many guests were not leaving and we couldn't get our table right at 8. We agreed to it thinking things would run smoothly. They didn't. A server took our drink order and we inquired about restaurant week. Things seemed to be off to an okay but we still didn't have drinks after like 25 minutes. This doesn't bode well for getting food in a timely manner. Naturally, I am very disappointed.
