    This doctors office is horrible. My daughter went in sick when I asked if she could be tested for the viruses going around she advised that I had to go to the ER. The conditions of the facility are dirty and unsafe. I am new to this doctor and will not be returning.

    This doctor is almost family to my family and I. I'm a mom 4 I actually interviewed doctor Jain prior to my 17 yr old before birth and she had been our most loved and favorite peds doc ever. I as mom can say I love her women to women mother to mother. My first born needed 2 brain surgeries due to having 150plus seizures a day. Born perfectly perfect and doctor jain always stood by my side thru it all. This doctor will always have our love. If we move to Addison better believe Dr jain will be our number 1.     I have to say I am shocked to see any good reviews. This doctor has a habit of double charging people for free services. She’s is very disrespectful when called out of n it as well. She charged me $500 for 2 visits for my daughters (which she knows she wasn’t supposed to do because she will get paid by the state) and now that she is paid back by the state she refuses to return the money we paid her and said that I am a low class person because I confronted her with the evidence I have from the insurance. She said she doesn’t care that I filed a grievance and she is not paying me any money back for the 2nd visit that was already retroactived and I supplied her with a reference number which I shouldn’t have had to in the first place and she still charged me. This was during Christmas time she was paid back 10 days after the visit and lied multiple times saying she didn’t receive anything so now I have the paperwork proving she was paid and she still refuses to pay me back. This sickens me. Not only has this been an issue with other people she has charged for services that she was supposed to but when I took my kids in with Covid related symptoms she never tested them. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone, it seems to me that she is money hungry and takes advantage of people and who knows how many times she has got away with this. I will not allow her to take advantage of me just because I needed my kids to be seen right away as she knew. This is the kind of doctor that makes the good ones look bad. I’m extremely disgusted. I wish I could give negative stars.

    These high star reviews are bogus. If this review is deleted, I put the same up on YELP where it cannot be removed ! I am only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I actually like Dr Jain as a person. It is her staff that is the issue. She is so disinterested in her job, that if she hangs up on you, she cannot even bother to call you back. Also, EVER SINGLE TIME my son had to have a prescription - I HAVE HAD TO CALL THE OFFICE BACK TO ACTUALLY SEND IT. They claim to have already sent it initially. Which I find hard to believe since I have to call the office back every time because the pharmacy had not yet received it. I called to have them fax something to my son's new pediatrician, and was told "they don't fax anything" and I need to come into the office to get it, but can send his immunization records via email. Which is the only thing they seem to activate timely, or with any thought. I only put up with them for so long because my child is special needs, and does not like change. However he has had an ear infection for what seems like his whole life. And the ONLY treatment is always allergy medication , amoxicillin and Tylenol. AND IT ONLY MAKES HIM FEEL BETTER FOR A FEW DAYS. I have asked the last 3 times WHY DOES THIS PERSIST. And I get some lame explanation about fluid build up. WELL IF THE FLUID IS ALWAYS BUILDING UP, AND HE IS ALWAYS HURTING - WHY THE SAME "TREATMENT"... That is not a doctor. That is not treatment. That is putting a band aid on what seems to be a much larger problem. I AM SOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY to never have to deal with the reception again. She seems nice enough, but to me doesn't seem to care about, or do her job effectively. I have been a receptionist, and in customer service, and this is the worst display I have ever seen in a doctors office of service. Also the office should be updated. It is very old and dingy. The TV in the waiting area seems to be older than I am. And appears to be a hazard in my opinion. The chairs are disgusting. I am sure there are other offices that donate there old equipment, which would be of use looking into for these people if they are too cheap to update the office. Obviously don't care bout the comfort of the patients... and seriously do not take pride in office presentation. it is pretty sad. I wish I would have changed doctors sooner, as I have dealt with that place longer than I should have. Also they are barely open , so your kid better not get sick on a certain day, or they will surely suffer more than already do for not getting proper care!
