  Been taking my daughter here since birth, over 13 years. This place's pediatrics department has gone down the drain. Doctors leave sure, I'm pretty much loyal to a building at this point. Poor customer service, used to be walk in, walked in twice this month alone to get an appointment and be sent tons of reminders just to get there and they say the doctor can't see my child. Not even 4 minutes behind, why would they schedule a 4:40pm appointment?! It was a set up from the beginning and neither encounter was there any sympathy. Just an offer for a doctor's note for work which was beginning to make me look very unprofessional, to take paid time off twice for an appointment my daughter still needs. I went on and collected her medical records today, because after 13 years it's time to go somewhere else. I need to be stress free as a parent when taking care of my child's medical care needs. 3 visits and my child didn't receive her physical. Very unsatisfactory. 13 years... Where do I even start for a new doctor.

  I have been going here for quite some time now & everytime I call Jai medical number they take forever to pick up the phone . The staff that works at certain location(s) doesn’t seem interested in giving you the help that you need in order to be directed to the information that you would need ! Usually I get good service , but they have you sitting for hours to rush through appointments ! Unacceptable!

  I have been going to Jai Monument location for years. The staff has always been stellar, but I take issue with their gift card program. They send you validation checks in the mail stating gift card issuance on site, after visits, but I have yet to have this happen. If they offer them on site, why would it take several months, after having called, do you have to wait just to receive a validation of address, then months after that before you get your card? I suspect this could be a way to bring in clients. Administration should review this program. You would not want to be accused of unfair business practices. Here’s the update! Today I was hand delivered my gift cards and a sincere apology was given! Thank you guys soo much for listening!!

  I just want to give a special shout out to the nurse ms.Denna in the adult medicine department she really helped and showed that she cared for me love you denna keep up the good work

  Towanda Monument Street Referral Coordinator is freaking amazing and getting things done. Shes very professional hard working and efficient. Great customer service. I can always call her without any no problems. And she make sure my referrals are faxed and helps me with my appointments she goes above and beyond without hesitation She's the best coordinator this company ever had
