  The customer service is not what it used to be at this dealership. The service department and follow-up after the purchase was non existent. They don't return calls. This is my second Jaguar and my first experience was first class, unfortunately this is not the case the second time around. I don't know what happened in a year but the service completely DROPPED. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

  Dropped my baby off (XFR) for service this morning at 9:30. So far so good starting with dropping me off to letting me know that it will be done by 5 pm. Staff are very courteous and professional which I expect nothing less from. I keep my Jag in showroom condition which is how I dropped her off and expect to pick her back up as. I will update if anything changes my 5 star rating.

  Wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle. Got top dollar for my trade-in, and the customer service was exceptional. They made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The salesman was wonderful. I have taken my car in for oil changes and the service department is the best I've been to in El Paso. I've been given a loaner for the day if needed. First class service always. I would highly recommend.

  Awful experience, tried to play me for an idiot, offered me less, on a trade, than half of what I paid for a new car (in excellent condition) one year ago. Don't waste your time with these people, there are plenty of reputable car dealers in El Paso. RR

  Found a great deal on a used car and everyone at Garcia Jaguar went out of their way to make it as smooth as possible. Gabe and Mr. Negrete answered all my questions quickly and professionally. They gave me both the CarFax and Autocheck then showed me the inspection they did on the car. They showed me extended warranties but I did not feel pressured to buy. Highly recommend.
