  I wanted to find out financing info the reception made an appointment for me, however, the finance manager Don refused to give me info even I was brought into his room. he talks me down, repeatedly saying:" you want to buy a $60k car?" He refuses to give me and asked me to see sales first. Told him financing is an important part of decision that I need to get info. the manager Brandon is an a..hole, so bad worst human I ever met. they made me feel so bad and cry on a Saturday morning.

  Leased a beautiful new Jaguar from Mike at Jaguar Darien. 1/4 of our office have gotten cars from him within the past few months, and we plan on upping that number. Amazing service and VERY transparent. The only questions I had to ask was where the bathroom was. I look forward to my next service.

  I am not the type to write reviews but had to let everyone know about the great experience we had buying our car with Mike C. Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He made the experience easy and painless and we will definitely be working with Mike again in the future!
