  I've had to use physical therapy 6 times in the last 8 years. Initially starting out as Sleepy Hollow Physical Therapy they have changed names but not the quality of service. They have always been involved with your recovery desires and talk to you to make sure they understand what your goals you wish to obtain. All factors in your recovery are reviewed with you they "push" every slow gently to gain the maximum out of each physical therapy session. Without reservation I recommend their services.

  The staff is great especially Chelsea. Friendly and knowledgeable. This will be my fourth visit and I’m already seeing Great results.

  I highly recommend this facility. Everyone there is courteous, upbeat, patient and professional. My PT Laura is a superstar. From day 1 she made me feel comfortable and confident regarding my rehabilitation. I go there 3 times a week and am over the moon with my progress. I am beyond grateful to everyone at JAG Physical Therapy and their assistance.
