  The drivers are extremley rude and smoke in the car. I was once 1 minute late and the driver yelled at me. I was just in one of the cars and the seatbelt was broken

  I called the company to request a price estimate for a round trip with a dog for the next day. An obnoxious man with a thick Russian accent told me, "I don't know, tomorrow is snow storm. I have to look up addresses, too busy. Call again tomorrow." I was under the impression that providing car services and everything related to that matter was your job. I guess I'm just crazy. So terribly sorry to have bothered you with my business. There was also no storm reported for that day.

  Ordered a car waited 20 min, went outside to check if the car is there already, nobody. Decided to call, a girl picked up said the car was there but left because they called me and I didn't pick up, hell no nobody ever called me. So basically she said she will resend another car had to wait another 15 min the guy was very slow in the end got late to my class. Even thou ordered a car 50 min before my class, would never call this car service again. VERY DISSAPPOINTING !!!

  Called for a 4AM pick up. On time, check. Pleasant ride, check. Value, check. All good and will be my first choice going forward.

  I've used Jaffa several times, and every single time they've been prompt and courteous. The new owners may have something to do with that! Will continue using them as long as I am in Brooklyn.
