  My son had a bad experience with Dr. Galvez at BTB when she decided he did not need to use nitrous that he preferred: now we just found out that two years later, a tooth she filled has cavity underneath that filling. We were clear that he wanted sedation during the procedure. He's been afraid of going to the dentist since (we found a dentist that fixed the new cavity under that filling).

  I took my two toddlers for their first dental appointment with Dr. Jackie and I was extremely impressed!!! Dr. Jackie and her team are amazing!!! She is very professional, approachable and great with kids. The facility is also very beautiful and kid-friendly, and the office is very efficient. We were in and out so fast. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. We received the most thoughtful goodie bags and my little girls are so excited about good dental health. We look forward to our next appointment!!!
