  This place is one of the best kept secrets in Queens. If your into sewing, bridal decorating, event planner or a photographer like me, this place is a must...!! They have everything and the fabrics are cheap. Way cheaper than wasting my time traveling all the way to Manhattan to pay double for the same item in the fashion district. The place is always busy and is very well stocked. It could use better lighting that's color corrected. ( day light fluorescent tubes ) That way the shade of color I buy in the store is the same shade when I photograph with my camera at 5500 kelvin. The area is safe because the police station is just next door. The place is wheelchair accessible, but some isles might not be. A variety of fabrics can be found here. Sure there are bigger stores in Manhattan, but these guys are half the price and the are known to give a little bit extra fabric for the price that they sell it for. There is a parking lot across the street but it's metered. They accept credit cards and debit cards over a $5 purchase. The sales help is professional and courteous. They have a discount fabric area too, so you can practice on a cheaper fabric before committing to an expensive one. The Jamaica bus depot is just 2 blocks away, and there are a total of 23 buses that depart there. The E train is like 5 short blocks away. I've come here for anything from velvet cloth, silk, and material to make custom drapes. They have it all without the fuss...

  I can never not spend money here, there is always a fabric I missed on my last visit. This store is cheaper then save a thin more fabric to choose from also. And staff is always warm and welcoming. My go-to fabric store.

  This is my favorite discount fabric store in NYC. Prices are Great most fabrics are &1.99 per yard you can find some excellent deals.

  Discount high quality fabrics at very low prices. Regular customer from when they were at their other location near Tabernacle of Prayer.
