  Love this place. Service might be a little cool until he knows you're serious about getting something good, but the selection is great. The guy knows and loves his cigars.

  I just called the store asking about a product and what the price was and the man on the phone would not give me the price. He told me i had to come down in person but absolutely refused to tell me how much it cost and then he hung up on me. I have never been treated so rudely by someone in retail and for no apparent reason. I guarantee i will never shop at this establishment. Its kind of unfortunate for the owner because i need to by many many pounds and now i will tell my business elsewhere and encourage everyone else to do the same.
