This isn’t a laundromat. This is a scam. And if you park here and walk away for 2 minutes to the atm next door you will be booted. Regardless if you’re washing clothes. $250 and my clothes are still dirty. Their machines are trash anyway.

I parked and went to the bank next door to withdraw cash to do my laundry and upon returning to the parking lot within 5 minutes my car was booted. This business employs a towing/booting service named PBS Parking Boot Service who's practices are predatory and violate the Predatory Towing Prevention Act. They have someone sitting in the parking lot the entire time during business hours waiting for people to park there. They also charge more than the posted fee and use the excuse of conducting vehicle criminal checks which are unauthorized and illegal. On their receipt they claim the excess fee is a "relocation fee" even though your vehicle was never relocated by them If you do not have the boot removal fee on the spot, your car will be towed. So if you intended to spend $20 for your laundry, expect it to cost you $270 if you need to get money for laundry out of the ATM in Wells Fargo next door. If this has happened to you, I suggest you file a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. It only takes 2 minutes. Be sure to take pictures of the signage and your receipt so you can include it with your complaint. Newark residents are often unaware of their rights which is why companies like this are able to prey and take advantage of people.

These guys are thieves. I parked my car when to Wells Fargo beside the building to get cash for my laundry. They booted my car and charged me 200 dollars and didn't allow me to wash I had my laundry in my car they saw it but still charged me 200. Thieves and disrespectful will never recommend these thieves to anyone

This place is fine. I would give it 5 stars but the washing machines are pretty old and sometimes leek. Parking is available for people doing g laundry here.
