  Old, Disgusting food. They served us old chicken burnt fries so we went back to tell them the food was old, so they gave us rice and mash potatoes. The rice had little hairs in side of it. We walked inside and got a refund. I would never eat there again.

  Just left Jack Pirtle"s on Poplar and Cleveland and received the WORST food I have ever received from any location! First of all, I gave my order at the drive thru and I had been in line for about 20 minutes after doing so. When I got to the window, my order was incorrect. When I received my order, the chicken was not seasoned and livers were half done! I'm sure my dogs had a great meal because the two orders I paid for went straight to my dogs!

  I paid for a 3 piece and only got 2 old chicken old fries old bread old gravy just horrible

  Chicken tenders were dry and tasted like eating a paper bag. Should have just drove away after we spotted the cook smoking what looked to be a joint behind the building with friends...we waited for ever for our order, then when we finally got it--the order was wrong...so we had to wait again... I will not be visiting that establishment again.

  Worst ever customer service.pulled to drive through, waited ten minutes. Sign didn't work. Employee s ignored it or something, pulled to windows​, waited ten minutes, blew horn, knocked on window. Fat slouchy guy comes to window. Says ' I WAS PASS ING. OUT ORDERS. BUT YOU HAVE TO ORDER AT THE SIGN. Fire his ass 🥇🤔🤔🤔
