  The chicken was juicy and yummy ! But the gravy i can do without. I told the lady this was my first time at Jack Pirtles but she didn't care. She still rushed me to order

  You gotta try the steak sandwich with gravy and cole slaw. (I know it sounds weird, but trust me on this one. It is beyond awesome!)

  This is the worst place to even think about getting something to eat! You'll be there all day waiting on your food. And when you finally get your food something is always missing or your oder is not right. I've been to all of jack"s pirtle chicken in Memphis and all of them is the same way. The employees always have loud music playing and talking so loud as well. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one...I mean no one!

  It was the worse visit that I ever had. It took almost 20 minutes to get 2 happy hour snack meals. After receiving the meals and reaching home, the chicken was apparently over cooked and salty. I live in Arlington TN and it was too late and too far away to take back. That was $10:00 wasted. We learn by our mistakes.

  EMPLOYEE SWIPED MY DEBIT CARD TWICE FOR THE SAME PURCHASE... CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE!!!!! CHICKEN WAS GOOD THOUGH.
