  Best Jack in the Box ever!!! Paul a team leader had just experienced the worst thing a team leader could have happen. His cook walked out because it was a holiday and they wanted to be home with family. I was next in line. Paul took very good care of me before he shut down the store for the evening. I was so hungry. I'm grateful for his generosity. The food was hot and he served it with a smile! Most managers and supervisors would have told me to go away. I drive for a Rideshare company and come here periodically in the evenings. Not particularly a fast food person. However this Easter 2018 I Have Become a fan of Jack in the Box. Not just any old Jack in the Box. The one where Paul works. Thank you Paul. You are a gem. Above and beyond. Customer service at it's finest!!!

  So last night around 10:30p I'm trying to use the drive thru. No response after several minutes of waiting patiently. I pull forward to the window .. No one there. Bizarre I think, and make a second trip around just to double check. No one there (but during regular hours) I head across the street to maybe order from El Rey, when I turn around and through the glass see the Jacks employee meandering around the store. So I get back inin my car and drive around again. She was probably just in the bathroom and maybe the headsets don't work there? Nope. Waited another few minutes with no response at the menu. I Pull forward to the window and wait.... Nobody. I honk my horn a few times. Nothing. I tap loudly on the glass. Nothing. I pulled around again trying to look at every possible angle, couldn't see anyone meaning the only employee on duty is a) not even in the store, or b) is hiding in the back and avoiding customers. I could get no service.. And I've come to find out the Jack in the Box's "Guest Relations" phone number does not work, nor can you get through to anyone using the corporate number. I've always liked Jacks for a cheap and filling meal, but this level of gross negligence passes my patience threshold. Won't ever be going back to a Jack in the Box. I suggest you do the same and spend your money with a company that actually at least TRIES to care.

  Nice location an friendly staff. Regular tacos is the reason I keep visiting. 3-13-18 I keep coming to this location when in the area. I love the service and staff are always courteous and professional. I experienced rude attitude from other locations. So, I go out of my way to visit this one.

  I ordered 2 things. Tacos and jalapeno poppers. They were so distracted they forgot my tacos. I had to come back. But they were polite and gave me 4 tacos. So 3 start

  This location is a waste of time, space, and service to general public in every way. If the bathroom is out of service, put a sign not random lobby trash can, and no cheese means no dam cheese. This location is on rookie mode when comes to life like smiles, emotions, human interactions along with everything doing dealing with sales. Dude it's 2018 please catch a clue on how to treat people, artificial intelligence/AI haven't taking are jobs yet, but with this type of services good luck to us hard working people.
