  I'm always at Jack on 4th Ave. On 32nd and Ave. B or San Luis Az. I am trying to gain a little weight but that's not the point, I love their potato wedges with extra cheese sauce, and at least 2 Lg cold caramel coffees a day. And chicken nuggets for my granddaughters.

  I used to like this place. Got order wrong 3 of 4 times, but when eating in, I can correct it. After a long week of being sick, I treated myself to some fast food. My order was placed correctly, I paid for it, but when the time came to get it, I got SERIOUSLY short changed. 6 items, I got 2. No receipt was given, so I can't get my food. MoD didn't want to bother to look at their past transactions, compare it to the video at the time of purchase... No more headaches. I'll just go to a different fast food place.

  My grilled sourdough Burger was great service was okay the cleanliness of the restaurant wasn't all that great but other than that I was highly satisfied with the food

  Everyone here is so rude. Really disappointed in the service I got this morning. Every time I come here I already know what kind of service to expect.
