  Always good for a quick bite and their Oreo milk shakes are the best but don't eat this food for ever!

  Well when I went to use the ladies room there were these 2 junkie dudes standing in the ladies room (NOT even in a stall) shooting up at the sink not letting women actually use the bathroom. And when staff was informed it was like business as usual, so I’m guessing it’s a daily occurrence at this location. So if you like having junkies using all up in your face then this is the place for you!! If not, use the drive thru ONLY!!!

  This jack is located at the end of Echo Park going into Chinatown. It's very conveniently in a shopping center with a CVS there are two entrances and exits. It was nice and clean friendly staff and fast service.

  Staff is unprofessional that’s all I can say. I guess good management comes a long way but what can you expect from a chain like this especially on this crew shift entire staff handle situation of getting my order correct and having good if not decent customer service. Please evaluate employees who worked on 02-13-2018 it appears they need to be trained to be on a certain level of customer service. Thank you.

  Great staff. Great food. But should be open 24 hours every night, not just weekends. Dont lnow the reason they stopped opening all night: either short- staff considerations or lack of desire to deal with a growing homeless patronage.
