  Someone needs to take responsibility for the employees that they hire. They don’t provide good service, have attitudes and consistently get the order wrong. Don’t add napkins and food is always cold. Omg

  Always open can't complain it's a jack in the box usually drive threw fairly fast.. always have my order right I'm long time customer 20 + years

  Horrible drive thru not sure how it is during the day but we went at like 1230am drive thru line 10 cars deep. We sat in line for almost 10 mins before we even moved then it took another 15 to even get to order box by the time we actually got in line and got or order and actually drive home probably 40 mins bad experience

  I've only gone thru their drive thru services and is fairly satisfied with their customer service skills. They're friendly and fairly efficient. I seldomly have to wait long for my food. But then again I don't go during "busy" time. I go when we don't feel like cooking or right after one of our kids games.

  Went through the drive thru, ordered a #15 medium (chicken nuggets) sub an Oreo shake. Waited quite a while in the drive thru line. Finally got my order and got home only to find I had fries and stuffed jalapenos... Drove back showed her my receipt and she got a box and put the bag together and gave it to me.. I should have checked again, but unfortunately I was too trusting that the manager would be able to fix the problem... Got home to find that instead of chicken nuggets she gave me freaking onion rings. I do not have the energy to go back again. I'm so irritated.
