::I come here often because it's close to home. Wish there was a different Jack in the box around. I like the food but they always screw up the order in one way or another. Tonight, among other things, I ordered a Jr jumbo Jack "with cheese" and when I got home my not even 2 year old son tells me "no cheese" as he's eating. If he notices it, shouldn't the person making it, reading orders off a screen be able to make it right? I want my 20 cent slice of cheese that you charged me for just like you want minimum wage to keep being raised.

::If I could go lower I would. This location consistently gets my order wrong. Simple stuff too. I go in there and get bacon added to a sandwich or some other type of small change and it it's never done!! Never. I will from now on be boycotting ALL jack in the box. This is not the only location. The one on golf Links is also filled with incompetent people from management down. Was not a difficult order at all.

::Staff was fast in preparing our food. Food was made fresh upon arrival. Staff was curtious in taking our order and focused on making sure we got exactly what we wanted.

::Pretty gross this last time... got the box meal. Had 1 taco and my chocolate shake. Taco nasty... I'll stick to my chocolate shake if I go there again. Usually I would have gotten chicken strips with the buttermilk ranch- YUM!!!! Always wonderful!! But spendy!! I'll stick to my shakes & strips from now on!!
