  The service was fast and Speedy and the food came out to the utmost quality I would expect.

  I wish I can give them negative stars they don't even deserve one star ...... I came thu your drive thu order reg shakes and other items on the menu the screen said reg shakes I get to the window and Jasmine was trying to had me these large cups I ask her what size are those she said large I said I order reg she said I know but we're out of reg I only have large I ask her what did you charge me for she said large I said I didn't order that she said so I charge you for large because that's all I have I told her I didn't want that she had the worst attuided ever when I ask for a refund jose came to window ask for my card back said he did the refund but refused to give me a receipt for the refund this is the worst experience I've ever had at Jack in a box I would rather go out my way to go somewhere else then here Jasmin needs training on customer service n Jose needs management training this is not how a business should be ran

  basic fast food if you get lucky you'll have the manager there so then everything is done properly other than that what can you say about fast food in Jack in the Box I hope you don't die of food poisoning unlike McDonald's

  They have large shakes and they customize mine without problems, plus they put a cherry on top 🍒 can't go wrong with Jack. This is mostly the basics of fast food but tried and true.
