  Good food but not very clean and tidy in the dining area.

  I called to try to see if they're dining was open rather than drive thru and was not answered 3 times and when finally someone answered he didn't understand my question and hung up on me. I love the brand. We need to work on the customer service ... sad that these minimum wage employees are taking advantage of they're increase in income. Smh the world we live in.

  Jack doesn't care! Always problems at this location. I voiced my concerns and still no changes. We pay extra for the stuff we add to our sandwiches to customize it. Then yet they continue to fail to add the items they charged you for. Inconveniencing you to have to go bad in the horrible traffic to get it corrected. Now the first two times okay. Now the third and trying to say it's a system issue, I don't think so. Try management issue.

  The food here is really good. The staff presented themselves professionally my food was prepared in a timely manner and they didn't get my meal wrong. I will continue to go to this jack in the box.

  This place is the best combination of just about every fast food restaurant. The crispy curly fries are the main event with a crunchy potato firework affect, definitely proven to satisfy each and EVERY customer. ALSO they have what's call "Jack's Everyday Value Menu" where (Currently) the customer can get $1 MONSTER taco, $2 Chicken Nugget Sliders, OR $3 Coffee, Sausage Biscuit, Sandwich, and a Hashbrown. This particular restaurant in Thomas has an exceptional dining room, friendly and genuine staff, and the food is hot and ready because EVERYTHING is made to order 😁
